Hello! Welcome to The Mad Batter. My name is Stephanie and I am a self taught cake artist with a love of drawing and baking. It was destiny that brought my passions together more than two decades ago. I love creating delicious works of art for special occasions and events.
Decorated Sugar Cookies
Our vanilla and almond flavored sugar cookies are made from only the finest ingredients. These cookies are topped with a thin layer of royal icing and decorated to match any occasion. They are the perfect compliment to any party. All cookies are bagged individually to maintain freshness. Minimum order of 2 dozen. *Starting at $60/dozen. Quotes are given upon request.
Custom Cakes
No matter the kind of event you are hosting, a cake is a must have to celebrate with! Each cake is designed with each and every detail in mind. Servings, flavors, colors, occasion, setting, and inspiration photos are taken into consideration as the cake is planned and executed. *Due to the custom nature of my cakes, pricing is determined once a design is finalized, and is based on the size and the amount of custom work involved. Base prices are available.
Decorated Cupcakes
Topped with Swiss Meringue Buttercream, cupcakes are the perfect addition to any party. Customization is always welcome to match the theme and decorations of any occasion. Minimum order of a dozen per flavor. Starting at $36/dozen for a standard size with minimal decoration. Larger sizes are available starting at $42/dozen. Prices are quoted for specialty flavors, fillings, and custom decorations.

Cake Flavors: Vanilla, Chocolate, Tuxedo, Confetti, Oreo, Red velvet, Banana, Carrot, Lemon, Strawberry, and Butter Spice.
Mousse Fillings: Vanilla, Chocolate, Cookies and Cream, Salted Caramel, Raspberry, Strawberry, Lemon, Peanut Butter, and Nutella.
Buttercream Fillings: Vanilla, Chocolate, Oreo, or Cream Cheese.

Add-on Options: Layer of Chocolate Ganache or Caramel, Pastry Cream, Fresh Fruit, and Tres Leches. If there is something you would like to add or a flavor that you do not see listed, please ask. We will gladly customize your cake for you.
